Very courteous and professional

Darren was a pleasure to work with from the very start. I had found myself in trouble for a first-time shoplifting offense and when I reached out to Darren he was extremely professional at guiding me throughout the whole process. He was always available if I had any questions or concerns regarding my case. In the end, he was able to get all charges dropped without it ever showing on my record.
